When Jordan first came to me, her goal was clear: she wanted to become a better powerlifter. She already had the passion and drive—it just needed structure, guidance, and a performance-focused approach to take things to the next level.
Through structured programming, progressive strength work, and a deep focus on technique, Jordan’s lifts improved dramatically. But something even more powerful happened along the way.
By learning how to eat to perform—fueling her body with purpose and intention—Jordan began to notice changes beyond the platform. Her physique started to shift.
