“I can’t explain how amazing it felt on holiday this time – I put on my bikini and actually felt confident and sexy, which was such a change from last time.
Back then, I stuck to a swimming costume because I couldn’t bear the thought of my tummy being on show.
This time, though, I had no hesitation – I slipped straight into my bikini and felt fantastic. I felt good the whole way through the holiday, especially because I had so many lovely compliments about how good I looked and how people could see I’d worked hard.
It made me feel like all the effort was truly worth it and has given me even more confidence to keep going.”
