Chris was already a seasoned gym-goer when he came to me, but he had lost his spark for training. With a busy lifestyle and competing priorities, his progress had stalled.
Together, we built a realistic and sustainable training structure that worked around his schedule. We focused heavily on improving daily habits and rebuilding a positive relationship with food — not just what he did in the gym.
The results? Chris is now in the best shape of his life, having dropped an incredible 15kg of body fat — and more importantly, he’s reignited his passion for training.
